Depending on your needs and the scale of your project, we guide you through each phase.
In this first stage, we start by understanding your goals and evaluating the site’s constraints. We perform initial feasibility studies to see what's possible and sketch out early design concepts. Essentially, this is where we ensure your project is viable and shape the initial vision before moving forward.
At this stage, we’ll take the initial design and refine it into a fully detailed plan. We’ll handle all the finer details and manage the planning permissions on your behalf. In other words, we’ll ensure everything is fully compliant with local and national regulations so your project can move forward smoothly.
During this final stage, we support you in selecting the right contractors and trades, acting as your advisor throughout the tender process. We assist you with assessments and ensure the construction proceeds smoothly. In other words, we oversee the process on your behalf, but we’re here to guide and help you make informed decisions so that everything is completed to your satisfaction and in line with the agreed standards.
